The “Boxing Box!” This product teaches you to fight freely without getting hurt. It is the next best thing to sparring. To start all you have to do is keep your glove up and try to land two, three, or even four clean punches without hitting the “Boxing Box.” Don’t forget to keep your gloves up and to always avoid the “Boxing Box.” You are not simply taught offense, subconsciously you are also taught defense by trying to avoid the boxing box.
