FlexTrack(TM) does not require a "set" monthly service fee. The fees are based

on the amount of tracking you do. You set the unit to update its location while the

vehicle is moving in one of the following increments: 5, 15, 30, 60 minutes, once

per hour, once daily, once weekly or on demand. The costs for these automatic

location updates are shown in the table below. Or, If you are only going to use your

tracking device to occasionally track its location (on demand), those locates are billed

at only 25 cents each.

FlexTrack(TM) also has 3 optional inputs which can be connected to your vehicles

alarm system or airbag inflation system to inform you if your alarm is going off or if

your airbag was inflated. You can also use the optional output to disable your vehicle

from driving in the event that it was stolen.

FlexTrack(TM) is very easy to install on your vehicle. It comes with small GPS and

cellular antenna and a wiring harness that connects directly to your battery or fuse box.

MONITORING PRICING and APPLICATIONS

Example 1 - Stolen Vehicle Recovery:

 You owns a vehicle and install FlexTrack(TM). You did not have to track the for the first few months. Since you did not track the vehicle, you did not pay any fees. Suddenly your vehicle is stolen. You go online, track (ping) your vehicles location, and contact the police. Your vehicle is recovered and your fee is 25 cents.

Example 2 - Peace of Mind for  Fleets, Equipment, Family 

You own a vehicle and you always want to know where it is. You have set FlexTrack(TM) to automatically update its location every 15 minutes if the vehicle is moving. The vehicle is driven about 8 hours a week or 32 hours a month. That means you use approximately 128 automatic location updates per month which will cost about $5.75 for the month.

Example 3 - Auto Financing / Car Rental / Construction Equipment Lease or Rental 

You own a car dealership, car rental agency or equipment rental/leasing company and you offer your own financing to customers. You have 100's of vehicles and every vehicle or piece of equipment has a FlexTrack(TM) unit installed. Occasionally, you need to locate it (stolen, abandoned, not returned). To locate, you simply go online and for the low cost of 25 cents, you can immediately locate the vehicle or equipment.

Example 4 - Fleet Tracking - Spouse Tracking - Teen Tracking

You own a vehicle and you always want to know where it is and where its been. (teenager tracking, spouse tracking, employee tracking) You want EVERY 5 MINUTE reporting. The FlexTrack(TM) unit is set to automatically update its location every 5 minutes if the vehicle is moving. The vehicle is driven "on average" about 2 hours per day, 14 hours a week or 56 hours a month. That means you use approximately 672 automatic location updates per month which will cost about $26.88 for the month. You get the information you wanted - BUSTED!

Example 5 - Elderly Family Members 

 An elderly family member in the initial stages of memory loss / dementia owns a vehicle and has been getting lost. He goes for a ride, gets lost and does not come back. He does not have a cell phone nor does not want to call home because of his "pride". He thinks he can find his way back! You have a FlexTrack(TM) unit installed and perform a couple of manual locates to find out that he is 300 miles away. You go out to get him while another family member updates his location as you get closer. Cost for 16 manual locates $4.00. (.25 cents each)

Example 6 - Construction Equipment

 You own some construction equipment that you have to leave on a job site over the weekend. You concerned that it will get stolen. You install a FlexTrack(TM) system on your equipment. At night or on the weekend when you leave the job site you get online and set your unit to send you a text message or email to your cell phone if your equipment moves. Peace of mind! No need to hire a costly security guard to watch you equipment.

How to determine your monthly fee:

Choose how often you want your vehicle to report in.. called the "REPORTING RATE": (every 5 min, 15 min, 30 min.. etc.) and then determine the average number of hours that your vehicle is actually moving per day. Do not include time when the vehicle is parked, stopped or idling. FlexTrack does not report in if the car is stopped. It reports in only when its moving. Now on the chart you can determine what your approximate monthly cost will be. And you can change the report in settings on your unit whenever you want. If you have it set to "on demand" reporting your fee is 25 cents per locate
